Hello! And Welcome, to my simple, unofficial guide on my Intermittent, alternate day fasting lifestyle.
Since I have started my fasting lifestyle, I have had unbelievable success in gaining health which I have never had before. Not only have I lost 108 pounds (as of October 2019), I have balanced my hormones, lowered my stress and anxiety levels, and bettered my overall mental health on myself and my body. Something I have struggled with my whole life.

The purpose of my “unofficial guide” is to answer questions and help people understand a little more of Intermittent, alternate day fasting. Sure, the main goal of ADF was to help me lose weight, but I have achieved and learned so much more in the past two years (as of September, 2019). I plan to continue my journey until I hit my overall and then from there, I don’t know where I’ll go. As for right now this is the path I have chosen for myself and if you’re interested feel free to look around and see if this journey is right for you.
